This study introduces an integrated visualization approach to simplify the detection of temporal surface changes. By developing a prototype that identifies and displays rockfall and deposition areas, we bridge the gap between complex geomorphological data and intuitive visual feedback. In addition to expert tools, we present a method for generating animated cliff displays to communicate environmental risks to the general public. We evaluate the effectiveness of these visualizations and discuss the trade-offs of using the M3C2 algorithm for volumetric analysis, concluding that visual synthesis is an essential tool for modern geomorphological research.</dc:description><dc:date>2026</dc:date><dc:date>2026-08-10 13:42:02</dc:date><dc:type>Drugo</dc:type><dc:identifier>185575</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 004.92:551.4:627.222.21</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.2312/envir.20261004</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 283195651</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>OceCobissID: 283187715</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
