Using three-wave survey data from employees in Croatia, Slovenia, the United Kingdom, and Italy (N = 1,458), the model shows consistent structural patterns across countries while controlling for personality and cultural orientation. Results show that acceptance of digital tools, perceived organizational support, and fulfilled obligations are strongly associated with higher satisfaction. The findings advance internal communication theory by positioning communication satisfaction as a central mechanism linking organizational and technological factors to engagement and life satisfaction.</dc:description><dc:date>2026</dc:date><dc:date>2026-06-18 13:31:01</dc:date><dc:type>Članek v reviji</dc:type><dc:identifier>183774</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 659.4</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 1062-726X</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.1080/1062726X.2026.2630048</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 269383427</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
