Focusing on a service-to-service communication and demonstrating a migration process from the synchronous to the asynchronous communication. The performance is measured and potential issues are identified for certain approaches throughout the entire process. By comparing the performance and highlighting the potential problems the question is answered which communication type is a better choice for a particular case. The comparison result helps programmers understand the synchronous and asynchronous communication through practical examples and supports them in their making decision. During the migration process, the service remains the same, only the communication pattern changes.</dc:description><dc:date>2025</dc:date><dc:date>2026-06-11 13:09:04</dc:date><dc:type>Članek v reviji</dc:type><dc:identifier>183352</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 339.138:004.738.5</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 0013-5852</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 280436995</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
