Field survey and aerial imaging methods have been applied to gather data about landscape elements. The results are analyzed through non-representational theories: actor-network theory (ANT), and assemblage theory, which are used to examine the specific characteristics of the karst landscape. The Dinaric karst landscape is a unique archaeological environment due to the lack of soil, which leads to the formation of surface structures and the absence of subsurface contexts that are crucial in archaeology.
