It is now urgent to implement and build on the UN General Assembly resolution and the “Pact for the Future”. This article suggests that an International Data-BasedSystems Agency (IDA) needs to be established urgently at the UN as a global plat-form for technical cooperation in the field of data-based systems (DS) fostering human rights, safety, security, a rules-based international order, sustainability, and peaceful uses of data-based systems (DS) with a multilateral approach, as well as a global supervisory and monitoring institution and regulatory authority in the area of data-based systems (DS) responsible for access to market approval.</dc:description><dc:date>2025</dc:date><dc:date>2025-12-30 14:35:44</dc:date><dc:type>Članek v reviji</dc:type><dc:identifier>177649</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 17.021.4:004.89</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 0006-5722</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.34291/BV2025/02/Kirchschlaeger</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 262204419</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
