Our aim is to uncover the intellectual structure of the field and explore how different generations engage with digital technologies, highlighting shared and unique experiences, challenges, and opportunities. Topic modelling has uncovered the intricate relationship between digital technologies and the workforce. Our analysis highlights the complexity of workplace digital integration and how generational groups adapt to and are influenced by these changes. This study stresses the importance of generational perspectives in the digital transformation of the workplace and provides valuable insights for managers, policy makers, technology designers, educators, and healthcare providers.
