The thermometer uses a simple analogue circuit to measure the Johnson noise on a resistor. No external hardware or power supply is necessary, except for a reference multimeter. Data processing is performed in real time on a personal computer using LabView software. The results show that the developed thermometer has an expanded uncertainty (k = 2) of 0.8 °C over a temperature range from − 196 °C to 300 °C, with a measurement time of 5 min.</dc:description><dc:date>2024</dc:date><dc:date>2024-04-22 11:39:55</dc:date><dc:type>Članek v reviji</dc:type><dc:identifier>155831</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 621.317</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 1873-412X</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.1016/j.measurement.2023.114077</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 193290499</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
