Besides the monitoring of the body temperature these devices can cover a wide temperature range and are key devices that determine the quality of the final product in different industries. The calibration of these devices is performed using reference temperature radiation sources with high emissivity. Before performing the calibration of radiation thermometers or thermal imagers, the uncertainty components coming from the temperature stability and homogeneity of the blackbody temperature radiation sources have to be determined. These uncertainty components contribute significantly to the final uncertainty. In this thesis, evaluation of temperature stability and homogeneity was performed for the blackbodies in the temperature range from -30 °C to 1500 °C. Most of these blackbodies are used in the accredited temperature calibration laboratory and the evaluation of these calculations can be used by the laboratory to calculate the calibration measurement capability.</dc:description><dc:publisher>[G.
