We go through an existing solution and propose a transition from a customized information system to Software as a service (SaaS). This system includes a web application where the customer can create an informative offer with all of the provided products from a company, after which the sales representative in the company can review this inquiry in another web application and contact the customer and – if needed – send an on-site worker to check the place for additional services (exact measurements, extensions, trims, etc.). The former can open the offer in the mobile application and edit it accordingly before the final offer is presented to the customer and sent to their email.
