A measurement system for characterisation of individual photodetectors and photodetector arrays is presented in this thesis. The system is designed for precise and accurate measurement of the key parameters, including crosstalk, responsivity, sensitivity, modular transfer function (MTF) and photo-response linearity. Whole measurement procedure is automated. Based on the parameters obtained from these measurements it is possible to determine the best photodiode structure suitable for a specific application. The laser scanning rig setup and software are presented in detail. Also included are the description of the measurement procedure, the definitions of the main characteristics, as well as a selection of experimental results.</dc:description><dc:date>2019</dc:date><dc:date>2019-06-21 11:10:09</dc:date><dc:type>Magistrsko delo/naloga</dc:type><dc:identifier>108217</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>VisID: 46262</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
