Incident laser pulses are stretched or compressed, self-focused and scattered on bubbles and on surface waves in the liquid environment. Influence of these effects on the laser intensity distribution on the target surface is discussed and optimal processing parameters are suggested.</dc:description><dc:date>2018</dc:date><dc:date>2018-12-04 13:40:55</dc:date><dc:type>Članek v reviji</dc:type><dc:identifier>105521</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 535:621.9(045)</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 0169-4332</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.1016/j.apsusc.2018.10.121</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 16282139</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>OceCobissID: 3283215</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
