Traffic policy implementation strategies are meant to help municipalities overcome such problems. It means making decisions in collaboration with stakeholders and residents, improving the public image of the municipality, creating a higher quality of life, improving mobility and availability as well as bringing positive effects on the environment and population health. It also means using modes of transport that are eco-friendly, modes that will improve and enhance the public transport service, improve bicycle traffic, close the city center, implement pedestrian walks, electric vehicles and of placement transport terminal. The following measures will help to solve the traffic problems in Skopje and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of Skopje.</dc:description><dc:publisher>[A.
