Based on the Strategic Change Theory, the university's mission is presented as a strategic instrument through which organizations respond to environmental transformations. Using survey data from 1044 and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the findings confirm that positive ATEE significantly enhances EI. However, the moderating role of UEM was not significant, apparently, given the absence of strategies for cascading the entrepreneurial mission across universities.
