As a contact sport characterised by substantial physical demands, wrestling is associated with an elevated risk of injury, particularly orthopaedic injuries at higher levels of competition. A structured literature search was conducted using PubMed, Embase, MEDLINE, the Cochrane Library, and SPORTDiscus to identify peer-reviewed studies addressing injuries in wrestling. Systematic reviews and meta-analyses were included to provide contextual synthesis, for example, by triangulating common injury patterns, summarising broader epidemiological ranges, or contextualising prevention strategies. </dc:description><dc:date>2026</dc:date><dc:date>2026-06-09 11:39:46</dc:date><dc:type>Znanstveno delo</dc:type><dc:identifier>183238</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></rdf:Description></rdf:RDF>
