Originally, digital twins were digital replicas of physical artifacts. With the recent success of technologies such as large language models and generative artificial intelligence, a new possibility has emerged that further enables the modeling of human trust processes and their faithful representation in digital twins. However, when it comes to trust, these technologies are not sufficient, because humans may have problems with articulation when expressing their trust, not to mention that they can intentionally express it in a misleading way. Therefore, these models must be linked to a wealth of trust-specific models in other domains that have already been shown to be important. Consequently, a coherent, trust-centered methodology that incorporates mathematical, anthropocentric, psychological, neuroscientific, and other models is needed to address the issue of trust. This article therefore introduces a new methodological approach, the psychographic trust replication methodology, to further accelerate developments in the field of digital twins and trust. Although the focus is on digital twins, the results are also relevant to the measurement of trust, including the metrological perspective, which has not been addressed so far.</dc:description><dc:date>2026</dc:date><dc:date>2026-04-02 08:27:14</dc:date><dc:type>Članek v reviji</dc:type><dc:identifier>181343</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></rdf:Description></rdf:RDF>
