The thesis begins with an overview of the genesis of the choreopoem, which serves as the basis for my translation approaches, described in the following section. This is followed by the translation or rather adaptation or “version” of the choreopoem into Slovene. Some of the translation conundrums and their solutions are described in the endnotes on the pages after the translation.
