In particular, the impact of different types of online social support and the sense of virtual community on different dimensions of mental health resilience in these online communities is investigated. Ultimately, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of digital nomads' mental health needs and behaviors and the potential of online communities to meet these needs. To investigate the factors that influence the mental health resilience of digital nomads who use online communities, I applied multiple regression analysis to data from an online survey of digital nomad users who use online communities. The results showed that a sense of virtual community can increase well-being and decrease symptoms of depression among users of online digital nomad communities. Online social support, particularly online instrumental support in the case of digital nomads, appears to have a greater impact on one dimension of psychological resilience, namely the absence of depression symptoms. This thesis on the mental health resilience of digital nomads is the first of its kind and offers a unique exploration of this topic, which has not been addressed in previous research.</dc:description><dc:publisher>A.
