First an overview of glycerol was done, followed by setting some conditions for evaluating current methods and for evaluating the method utilised in this thesis. A method was then identified, which relied on converting glycerol into formaldehyde, and then into a molecule, which would fluoresce. The method determined showed promise and a linear correlation between analyte content and fluorescence intensity was determined. The limits of detection and quantitation were also successfully determined, and the within- and between-run precisions of the method were tested. Model samples were also evaluated. After all this was done, real samples were then evaluated and further proved the method’s usefulness.</dc:description><dc:date>2023</dc:date><dc:date>2023-09-07 14:45:00</dc:date><dc:type>Diplomsko delo/naloga</dc:type><dc:identifier>149600</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></rdf:Description></rdf:RDF>
