Thus, they "guide" them through the work process. In addition to the degree of information and the information design, the information device, i.e. the hardware of the system, is regarded as the decisive design element of such worker guidance systems. The information device along with a suitable information design are at the center of this study, which aims to investigate the influence of hardware on process result and employee evaluation. The following research question is raised: What impact do two worker guidance systems with comparable information design and information degree but different information devices have on assembly line workstation process result and employee evaluation? More specifically a comparison was made between a touchscreen system and the Microsoft Hololens2 augmented reality device in a holistic case study format featuring 31 participants and using two scooter assembly line workstations along with the SUS and meCUE standard questionnaires to compare the individual device's impact. The most notable result is the better overall performance of the simpler touch screen based system as opposed to the more complex Hololens2 augmented reality one.</dc:description><dc:date>2021</dc:date><dc:date>2021-12-29 10:33:41</dc:date><dc:type>Magistrsko delo/naloga</dc:type><dc:identifier>134207</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></rdf:Description></rdf:RDF>
