As a special case of our results we prove the existence of at least one nontrivial solution for a subelliptic equation defined on a smooth and bounded domain ▫$D$▫ of the Heisenberg group ▫$\mathbb{H}^n = \mathbb{C}^n \times \mathbb{R}$▫.
