The purpose of the diploma thesis is to explore and present the possibility of predicting player efficiency with a color test in handball. With the help of data on the quality of the players' members of the women's handball club ŽRK Krim and the results of the color test that were resolved before the matches, we tried to determine whether there is a possibility to reliably determine their pre-competition state on the basis of a color test. We draw the conclusions on the basis of the data on the quality of their game, which we have in the form of a calculated performance index and expert evaluations of the performance of the player. Both are given for each player and each match separately, and for the survey we used the average values of this data. We were trying to determine whether the values of the expert evaluation and / or the performance index can be statistically significantly predicted based on the color test parameters. For processing the data, we used the SPSS program in which we performed a correlation analysis with Pearson coefficient and a regression analysis for each independent variable (performance index and expert evaluation) separately. Correlation analysis did not show any correlation of the performance index or expert evaluation with any of the color test parameters, but showed the links between the parameters themselves. Both models of regression analysis generally proved inadequate, but the "balance" parameter proved to be appropriate for predicting the performance index.
