The following master’s thesis focuses on manufacturing of the test specimen, consisting of primary and secondary sensor made with technology of 3D printing. More specifically it is focused on manufacturing of specimen with fused deposition modeling technology. The primary sensor is made from conventional polylactic acid, while secondary sensor is made from electrically conductive polylactic acid. On the 3D printer, we examined the effect of the parameters of printing and the geometry of the secondary sensor on its response. The main parameters that we tested, are the temperature of printing and the thickness of secondary sensor. It has been shown that both parameters have effect on the size of the response of the secondary sensor, while the size of the error does not depend on these two parameters.
