This bachelor degree thesis present a suggested model for project management in concurrent development of special industrial devices. The first part of thesis present a theoretical description and methodology used for project management, which is essential for understanding, the suggested model. A current model and a suggested model for project management in concurrent development of special industrial devices are presented in experimental part of the thesis. After an evaluation and comparison between the current and suggested model for project management, it was found that the suggested model predict more precisely the course of the project due to more detailed breakdown of the project and computer support.
