This thesis presents the process of making the control program for controlling the electronic module of the device for automatic optical inspection of electronic modules BF18D-P40, which is also used in the company Kolektor Group. My task was the introduction of these devices in our production. This was necessary if we are to maintain the quantity and quality of manufacture of printed circuit boards, as the products are today increasingly complex and smaller.
In the first part are present technologies that are built into these devices, the history of devices and their operation. It briefly presented the process of manufacturing the electronic module in our electronics manufacturing.
The second part is dedicated to the device BF18D-P40, its basic operation and embedded technologies. Featured are the reasons for creating a new library and the same advantages of the new library from the old in terms of programming. It is presented as a practical example of creating a program for the control of complex components on the PCB.
