Recognition golden pear is an award for the most quality children's and youth literature, which is awarded by Pionirska from 2010 on. The awarded books are usually equipped with a sticker with the logo of the golden pear. Unfortunately, many publishers do not know that this recognition even exists, let alone have the recognition of a greater impact on the production, rental and sale of these works. The objective of my research is to determine in what way and how often publishing companies and public libraries promote the award-winning golden pears. A promotion plan will be proposed, which could help Pionirska, publishers and librarians with the promotion of the award-winning books. In doing so I will be also interested in how the actions associated with the acceptance of the golden pear are assessed, if the recognition affects the production, rental and sale of high-quality youth literature and whether there is a positive impact on their production, rental and sale as a result of good promotion.
