The current financial and economic crisis, which is at the same time also a crisis of the capitalist system, offers the opportunity for some organisational solutions to be implemented by the state in the fields of infrastructure management. These solutions will reaffirm the neoclassical synthesis, which used the mixed market-planned economic systems to deal with the social and production problems in a Keynesian manner. The neo-liberalist fundamentalists refuted this synthesis, and by this refutation they deepened the crisis of the capitalist system. Marx's supply aspect of society will have to be upgraded by the Keynes' demand aspect of society in order to provide for consistent application of the dualism in management in the sectors with free competition by market regulation, and the management in the sectors with limited competition by planned regulation of the processes in social reproduction. The secondary market of securities, which triggered the current global financial and economic crisis by means of centralisation rather than my means of concentration, and consequently deepened the crisis of the capitalist system, will also have to be reorganised.
