been passed. The complete process, from the point of accepting the Spatial Units Act to the
registration of the real estate into official records, is described. Furthermore, the paper in
detail describes the legislation in the field of real estate construction and the keeping of
goedetic records. A tourist-shopping centre in Lesce serves as an example to show the
following procedures; demarcation, parcel division based on the Regulation Outline, layingout
the building location and an entry of the building into the geodetic records.
