This thesis presents the design of a technological process for the production of wooden A-frame ladders made of solid spruce wood in a new woodworking workshop. The aim was to define an appropriate sequence of technological operations, select the required production and transport equipment, and prepare an appropriate workplace layout that enables a safe and efficient production process. The design was based on an analysis of the selected product’s construction, a review of the applicable standards, and the identification of the necessary materials, machinery, equipment, and means of transport. The individual production stages were defined, including material preparation and machining, component production, assembly, surface protection, and final assembly of the ladder. The technological layout of the workshop was prepared in AutoCAD, considering the sequence of operations, equipment dimensions, employee movement, and material transport. The environmental impacts, occupational safety, fire safety, and the supply of raw materials and energy were also examined. Basic guidelines for planning the required installations and construction work were prepared. The results show that the selected technological process and equipment layout enable the efficient, safe, and repeatable production of wooden A-frame ladders in different dimensions.
