This bachelor's thesis examines the role of the Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser in the transport of fuels in accordance with the ADR Agreement. The aim of the thesis is to present the requirements for the safe transport of Class 3 dangerous goods and to highlight the importance of the Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser in fuel transport. The theoretical part presents the ADR Agreement, the characteristics of flammable liquids, the requirements for packaging, tanks, marking and documentation, and the responsibilities of the Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser. It also discusses the risks associated with fuel transport and measures for their prevention. The practical part includes a case study of MI Oskrba d.o.o., based on an analysis of company documentation and interviews with employees. The results show that the company successfully complies with ADR requirements and ensures a high level of safety through employee training, technically sound vehicles, and effective safety procedures.
