Vpliv biostimulanta na osnovi endofitske bakterije Paenibacillus polymyxa na količino in kakovost plodov jablane (Malus domestica) 'Idared'

Jabolka želimo pridelati trajnostno in okolju prijazno, kar pa lahko dosežemo tudi z usmerjenim in ciljnim delovanjem pripravkov, s katerimi tretiramo rastline. Zato smo zastavili poskus z biostimulantom, ki vsebuje endofitsko simbiotsko bakterijo Paenibacillus polymyxa (pripravek Bactim Endofix) na jablani sorte 'Idared', v katerega smo vključili tri obravnavanja: obravnavanje Bactim Endofix (2 l/ha), obravnavanje Bactim Endofix (2 l/ha) + Soya Gold (mineralno gnojilo) (0,3 l/ha) in kontrola, kjer nismo uporabili omenjenih pripravkov. Pripravka smo nanesli 11. maja 2025. Ob obiranju 17. septembra smo ugotovili, da je bil pridelek na drevo in hektarski pridelek večji pri obravnavanjih z endofitskimi simbiotskimi bakterijami in kombinacijo endofitskih simbiotskih bakterij in gnojila Soya Gold (tu je bil pridelek največji) kot pri kontroli. Pripravka sta pozitivno vplivala na pridelek v primeru nizkih temperatur, saj je bil kljub večjemu številu cvetnih šopov pri kontroli, pridelek na drevo (kg) večji pri obravnavanjih Bactim Endofix in Bactim Endofix + Soya Gold. Plodovi pri tretiranih drevesih so bili večji in težji, trdota mesa pa je bila nekoliko večja kot pri kontroli. Bactim Endofix in gnojilo Soya gold sta med rastno dobo vplivali na vsebnost klorofila v listih, saj je bila njegova vrednost pri kontroli vedno najmanjša. Pri obravnavanju Bactim Endofix je bila krovna barva plodov najtemnejša in najbolj rdeča ter najmanj rumena, hkrati pa je bila barva tudi najbolj izrazita. Rezultati nakazujejo, da bi tako lahko potrdili pozitivni učinek endofitske simbiotske bakterije na drevesa in njihove plodove.

We aim to produce apples sustainably and in an environmentally friendly way, which can be achieved through targeted and purposeful application of plant treatment preparations. To this end, we conducted an experiment using a biostimulant containing the endophytic symbiotic bacterium Paenibacillus polymyxa (product Bactim Endofix) on 'Idared' apple trees. The trial included three treatments: Bactim Endofix (2 l/ha), Bactim Endofix (2 l/ha) + Soya Gold (mineral fertilizer) (0.3 l/ha), and an untreated control. The preparations were applied on 11 May 2025. At harvest on 17 September, we found that both the yield per tree and the yield per hectare were higher in the treatments with endophytic symbiotic bacteria and in the combination of endophytic symbiotic bacteria and Soya Gold fertilizer (where the yield was highest) compared to the control. The preparations had a positive effect on yield under low-temperature conditions. Although the control trees had a higher number of flower clusters, the yield per tree (kg) was greater in the Bactim Endofix and Bactim Endofix + Soya Gold treatments. Fruits from the treated trees were larger and heavier, and flesh firmness was slightly higher than in the control. Bactim Endofix and Soya Gold fertilizer influenced the chlorophyll content in the leaves during the growing season, with the control consistently showing the lowest values. In the Bactim Endofix treatment, the fruits had the darkest and most intense red overcolor, the least yellow, and the most pronounced overall coloration. The results suggest that this could confirm the positive effect of endophytic symbiotic bacteria on trees and their fruits.
