This master’s thesis focuses on passenger rights within the European Union. As the field of law represents a diverse, dynamic, and complex system in which various factors, institutions, and pre-existing legal texts interact and collectively shape new legal acts, the thesis also incorporates accompanying elements that contribute to a broader understanding of the background and subsequent interpretation of passenger rights, thereby enabling a coherent understanding of the subject matter as a whole.
The thesis concludes with a reflection on the proposed hypothesis, presenting my final position regarding passenger rights in the European Union, together with recommendations for the future use of this work in further research.
