Medical series have become very popular among viewers in recent decades. Currently, many diverse series are being broadcast on various viewing platforms, which are different from each other and at the same time similar. Their purpose is to show various stories of both patients and doctors, as well as the method of diagnosis and treatment of various known and sometimes unknown diseases. In most of these medical series, there is a kind of utopian view that every disease is curable. At the same time, it also shows the idealistic functioning of the health care system, which, especially in America, is often very different from what it is in reality. As the subject of my analysis, I used the series House MD and The Good Doctor, since both series revolve around two very "unusual" doctors who, despite their peculiarities, perform their profession excellently and are often the very heroes who save an impossible case.
