This thesis examines a project of paint shop sleds modification carried out by a metalworking company as an external contractor. Due to poor organization and communication, the company often faces delays and increased costs. To address this, the objective was to implement and demonstrate an unified methodology on the example of an ongoing project, which will also serve as a standard for future projects. The project was executed and analyzed from the initial phases to completion using proven project management tools and methods. The results showed that the proposed methodology improved project oversight, reduced costs and execution time, and enabled the elimination of potential issues in the early stages.
