In this thesis, we address the problem of improvement of tensile-bending testing of rubber composites. With the acquired knowledge, a device was designed that enables cyclical bending of the specimens with constant pre-tension, without causing additional tensile forces during operation. The VDI 2221 design development recommendation was used, functional analyses were performed, components were selected, and technical documentation was prepared. The device enables precise and high-quality testing of rubber composites, which to the advancement of research into the mechanical properties of rubber composites.
