A large part of the existing methods of communication is becoming obsolete and either being upgraded or completely replaced by new ones. The main means of communication today is the Internet, which, in addition to its primary function, has introduced many new possibilities for accessing all kinds of content. As a relatively new technology, the Internet has overshadowed previously important content by prioritizing new and, above all, entertaining and attractive materials. Technology has slowly entered all spheres of life; meanwhile, many new opportunities and perspectives are also emerging for those who are lagging behind.
This research focuses on creating and activating new forms of communication through which part of the content that continues to be transmitted in a traditional way—through written and pictorial materials—will be modernized.The research aims to establish a connection between topics related to the history, culture, and architecture of the Republic of Slovenia and the general public. Through thoughtful, high-quality, and aesthetically designed content presented in an engaging manner, this study seeks to attract the audience and effectively communicate information.
The purpose of this research is to advance communication methods and to inform and educate the public in a modern way. The methods used in this research include collecting the necessary data, analyzing the collected data, examining the interests, preferences, and habits of the target audience, selecting information based on the analysis findings, prioritizing information by relevance, designing the content graphically, and developing a technical framework for its implementation. The results of this research are thoughtfully designed physical applications intended to be placed directly on objects, allowing them to interact with the public and convey the necessary information. In conclusion, the findings confirm the hypothesis that an appropriate graphic language enables effective, high-level communication.
