In today's world, quality management processes are key factors that significantly impact employee productivity and contribute to better relationships and collaboration in the workplace. These processes offer numerous advantages, particularly in terms of business growth. Quality management is an indispensable approach that should be present in every company, as it increases value for both customers and employees. Although quality management has become better regulated in recent years, some negative consequences still arise, such as workplacebullying (mobbing). Despite awareness of these issues, they continue to occur in companies.
In this thesis, we investigated how quality management processes affect employee productivity. The theoretical part focused on the concept of quality, including the advantages and disadvantages of this approach. In the experimental part we collected necessary responses and information on the use and perception of quality in the workplace through an online survey. The survey was conducted on the portal www.1ka.si, allowing us to analyze differences based on gender, age, employment status and the perception of quality in the work environment.
Despite the growing promotion of quality in all aspects of life and work, its presence in the workplace may still be underestimated. The survey results showed that many people are aware of the importance of quality management and strive for its improvement. This has a positive effect on employee morale and leads to improvements and changes in the workplace.
