This master thesis is based on the creative process and focuses on an in-depth look into the exploration of the creative process. The thesis is designed as a practical work, which means that the process of creation itself has actually been carried out. A diary was kept during the research, covering all key issues, ideas and obstacles. The diary was a chronological record that allowed for a comprehensive analysis of the creative process. Relevant literature on artists who reflected on and wrote about their own creative practice, as well as contributions from other authors who have dealt with the subject of creativity, were also included for the purpose of analysis. The literature review served as a framework for a deeper understanding of different aspects of the creative process. The aim of the MA thesis was to create a body of artworks for a hypothetical solo exhibition. The products prepared in the framework of the thesis thus reflect the author's understanding and interpretation of the creative process.
