Predlog energijske prenove študentskega doma v Ljubljani na podlagi študije učinkov : diplomska naloga

Za namen te študije smo obravnavali študentske domove v Študentskem naselju Rožna dolina, pri čemer smo se osredotočili na primerjavo med prostori energijsko neprenovljenega doma in doma, ki je bil razmeroma pred kratkim prenovljen. Poudarek naloge je bil predvsem na izboljšanju energijske učinkovitosti in toplotnega udobja v neprenovljenem domu, saj lahko s tem zagotovimo nižje stroške ter višjo raven udobja za študente, ki v tem domu bivajo. Naloga je okvirno razdeljena na tri dele. V prvem delu smo pridobili tehnično dokumentacijo, izvedli ogled in popis trenutnega stanja, namestili kontaktne senzorje in senzorje za merjenje temperature zraka ter s pomočjo infrardeče kamere posneli zunanje in notranje površine sten obravnavanih prostorov. V drugem delu naloge smo na podlagi podatkov, pridobljenih z meritvami, analizirali in predstavili toplotno ugodje ter energijsko učinkovitost prostorov v trenutnem stanju. Na podlagi teh ugotovitev smo predlagali možne izboljšave.V tretjem delu naloge smo za predlagane ukrepe izvedli enake analize kot v drugem delu, da bi lahko primerjali idejne rešitve z obstoječim stanjem. S tem smo določili učinkovitost in izvedljivost predlaganih sanacijskih ukrepov. Predlagali smo dva ukrepa. Ugotovili smo, da z enim dosežemo stanje, primerljivo tistemu v prenovljenem domu, medtem ko drugi ukrep poleg tega izpolnjuje tudi zahteve glede toplotne prehodnosti zunanjih sten. Vendar pa je slednji povezan z višjimi stroški izvedbe.

Naslov:Proposal for the energy retrofit of a student dorm in Ljubljana based on an impact study : graduation thesis

For the purpose of this study, we looked at the student residences in the Rožna dolina student village, focusing on a comparison between the spaces of a dormitory that has not been renovated and one that has been renovated relatively recently. The main focus of the thesis was to improve the energy efficiency and thermal comfort of the non-renovated dormitory, as this can ensure lower costs and a higher level of comfort for the students living in the dorm. The thesis contains three main parts. In the first part, technical documentation was obtained, a survey and inventory of the current situation was carried out, contact and air temperature sensors were installed and an infrared camera was used to capture the exterior and interior façades of the rooms in question. In the second part of the thesis, the thermal comfort and energy efficiency of the rooms in their current state were analysed and presented on the basis of the data obtained from the measurements. Based on these findings, possible improvements were proposed. In the third part of the thesis, the same analyses were carried out for the proposed measures as in the second part, in order to compare the conceptual solutions with the existing situation. This was done to determine the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed measures. We have proposed two measures: one measure has been found to achieve a comparable result to that of the renovated dorm, while the other measure also meets the thermal transmittance requirements of the external walls. However, the latter is associated with higher implementation costs.
