The foundational professional training conducted in 2023 achieved a high level of participant satisfaction. Feedback emphasized the relevance and practical applicability of the content to the professional needs of intercultural mediators. Structured lectures, role-playing activities, and the expertise of the instructors were identified as key elements of satisfaction. Despite very positive feedback, participants offered suggestions for improvement, including extending the duration of the training to allow for a more in-depth exploration of complex topics, greater focus on specific areas, and a need for more information on employment opportunities and the formalization of the intercultural mediator’s role. The evaluation of the program revealed that the training was well-organized and executed, though certain areas for improvement were identified. In conclusion, the training provided participants with the knowledge and tools necessary for effective intercultural mediation; however, there remains a need to enhance and expand the program to better meet the evolving demands and challenges of practice. According to participants, the program left them better prepared and motivated, and their suggestions offer valuable insights for future training programs.
