The thesis presents the design and construction of a machine for filling vibro-insulating tubes with rubber granulate, which operates on the screw principle. A simple prototype was built for testing the machine's functionality. The basic properties of the bearings, springs, and electric motor used were calculated. A system for generating the appropriate pressure in the vibro-insulating tubes was designed. A simple test of the coefficient of friction between the fabric used and a block in the pressure generation system was conducted. Additionally, a mechanism for sealing the tube, which operates on the shutter principle, was developed.
