This diploma thesis addresses the problem of the lack of effective tools for booking meeting rooms in business environments. In order to address this problem, a mobile application was developed that allows for easy and efficient booking and management of meeting rooms. The application includes a range of functionalities such as searching for available appointments, creating bookings and overview of availability. Additional focus was placed on developing the app for the Slovenian market and providing an intuitive user interface to simplify the booking process. Modern technologies and frameworks were used during the development process, allowing for reliable performance and flexibility of the application. The main contribution of the thesis is the creation of a solution that significantly improves the organisation of time and space in companies and allows users to easily view and efficiently manage meeting room bookings, thereby increasing productivity and organization in the business environment.
