I performed systematic investigation of ternary system CuBr - HBr - DABCO. For preparation of new compounds in the ternary system, I prepared different ratios of starting reactants (HBr, CuBr$_2$, DABCO) and performed electrochemical (in acetonitrile and ethanol) and solvothermal (in acetonitrile) synthesis. With single crystal X-ray diffraction, I determined 7 new crystal structures from the ternary system in question. For each synthesis procedure, I draw a graph of ternary system CuBr - HBr - DABCO in which, I marked prepared ratios and phases that were obtained in individual spots of the graph. I was also able to determine 7 new crystal structures of byproducts. All new crystal structures presented in this master thesis were deposited to CSD (Cambridge Structural Database).
