The field of 3D printing has been rapidly developing in recent times and is becoming increasingly accessible. Innovations also include the development of filaments with various mechanical, thermal, and electromagnetic properties. This work presents the process of determining the printing parameters for a magnetic composite filament and its use in the production of a magnetic incremental encoder using 3D printing. The final settings for printing the composite filament and the results of displacement measurements of the printed magnetic encoder are presented. The research revealed that the most important factors in the production of a magnetic encoder using 3D printing are the precise printing of its components and the consistent magnetization of the magnetic segments of the encoder's track.
