The objective of this master's thesis is to present and analyze the compositions performed at a thematically cohesive concert of sacred choral works by Slovenian and foreign composers. The first part of the concert consisted of Marian compositions, mainly by Slovenian authors, performed by the Youth Choir of the Kranj Music School and the Skala Church Mixed Choir. The Youth Choir of the Kranj Music School performed pieces by Fran Gerbič and Gašper Jereb, with Jereb's work being performed for the first time. The Skala Church Mixed Choir performed works by Lojze Mav, Ignacij Hladnik, Franz Schöpf, Hugolin Sattner, Matic Podobnik, and Petra Ivančič. In the second part of the concert, the Megaron Chamber Choir performed sacred works by composers Pavel Grigorievich Chesnokov, Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Joseph Gabriel Rheinberger, Jake Runestad, and Josu Elberdin. The concert concluded with a joint performance of a piece by Hugolin Sattner by the Skala Church Mixed Choir and the Megaron Chamber Choir. The master's thesis presents the mentioned performers of the concert and the analyses of the performed works. Each analysis includes an introduction to the composer, a historical analysis, a textual analysis, a structural analysis, and a didactic approach to the composition.
