In the first part of my thesis, I focus on a detailed overview of the history of autonomous
vehicles and the early development of 5G technology. I also analyse in detail the different
levels of autonomy.
In the remainder of the thesis, I explore the use of artificial intelligence in autonomous vehicles
and analyse Asimov's law in detail. I also explore in depth the necessary technology for
autonomous driving to work.
In a later chapter, my work focuses mainly on the civil and criminal liability of autonomous
vehicles. I investigate in detail road accidents involving autonomous vehicles and follow their
judicial process
