The development of medicine and technology has extended the lifespan of an individual. A lower birth rate and a longer individual life expectancy have led to an increase in the proportion of elderly people. This will have major consequences for society in the future, such as labour shortages, higher health costs and pressure on social welfare systems. The development of technology that enables remote care for the elderly is encouraged. The decentralized provision of services for the elderly makes it difficult to find and access these services. As part of the SI4CARE project and for the purpose of this diploma thesis, we developed an online portal that combines the offer of institutional and non-institutional services for the elderly in one place and enables easy search and connection of service providers and users. We have added a graphic interface to the web portal, which additionally illustrates the location of the services. The entire application is made in Python, and the graphic display uses one of the JavaScript libraries.
