A company that specialized in machine manufacturing is using ERP (Enterprise resource planning), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and CAD (Computer-aided design) softwares on a daily basis. Complete solution provides integrated information support in the form of mutually integrated modules. Said modules are operating on a shared database, which at the time of writing this thesis was not yet at the desired level due to slower implementation. In this thesis the ERP system is presented, its development and everything needed to implement the system in the company. Furthermore, CAD and PLM systems are also presented. In the second part production of the work and purchase documents is shown. Those documents simplify purchase and manufacturing process, but mainly it provides accurately cost calculations of finished and semi-finished products. We have found that by implementing interconnected modules in the ERP system, we can significantly speed up the procurement processes and obtain more accurate cost calculations with production work orders, as well as facilitate the work of those involved in the production process.
