Idejna zasnova negovalnega doma starejših na območju Škofovih zavodov v Šentvidu

Slovenija se še vedno srečuje s temo hitrega staranja prebivalstva, ki predstavlja velik problem pri zagotavljanju kapacitet za oskrbo starejših ljudi in s tem dostojnega staranja prebivalstva. Ravno zaradi tega je tema magistrske naloge negovalni dom za starejše, ki se nahaja na območju Škofovih zavodov v Šentvidu. Na istem območju se tam že nahaja Zavod Sv. Stanislava, vrtec Dobrega pastirja in Osnovna šola Alojzija Šuštarja. Z umestitvijo novega doma pa želim vzpostaviti povezanost z obstoječim programom in ustvariti možnost sodelovanja več generacij med seboj. V prvem delu naloge sem predstavila zgodovino, smernice načrtovanja ter oblike institucionalnega varstva starejših v Sloveniji. Skozi pregled pokritosti potreb in kapacitet domskega varstva v Ljubljani, pa potrdim trditev o pomankanju postelj v domovih za starejše. V drugem delu predstavim idejno zasnovo negovalnega doma za starejše, ki uporabnikom nudi varnost, domačnost in udobnost ter povezanost z naravo. Poleg glavne domske dejavnosti, v kateri se nahaja 64 ležišč v enoposteljnih sobah, pa se v domu nahajajo tudi ambulante za starejše, dnevno varstvo, kavarna, knjižnica, pediker, frizer, pošta, banka... Dodaten program stanovalcem omogoča, da opravijo vse pomembne obveznosti, obenem pa omogoča tudi medgeneracijsko povezovanje, ki starejšim polepša dneve življenja v domu.

Izvleček

Slovenia is still faced with the issue of rapid aging of the population, which represents a major problem in providing capacities for the care of older people and thus a dignified aging of the population. It is precisely for this reason that the topic of the master’s thesis is a nursing home for the elderly, located in the area of ​​Škof’s institutes in Šentvid. In the same area, there is already the Institute of St. Stanislava, the Kindergarten of the Good Shepherd and Alojzij Šuštar Elementary School. By installing a new home, I want to establish a connection with the existing program and create the possibility of cooperation between several generations. In the first part of the assignment, I presented the history, planning guidelines and forms of institutional care for the elderly in Slovenia. Through an overview of the coverage of needs and capacities... In the second part, I present the conceptual design of a nursing home for the elderly, which offers users safety, homeliness and comfort, as well as connection with nature. In addition to the main activity center, which has 100 beds in single and double rooms, the center also has clinics for the elderly, a day care center, a cafe, a library, a pedicurist, a hairdresser, a post office, a bank... An additional program enables the residents to fulfill all important obligations, and at the same time it also enables intergenerational bonding, which makes the days of life in the home more beautiful for the elderly.
