Curriculum for Kindergartens (2007) offers educators a flexible plan of work in various programs of education. Through its openness, it allows educators autonomy at their work in different fields of curriculum, while at the same time offering the possibility to implement elements of alternative educational concepts. In my master's thesis, I describe the working method and didactic materials in the field of language in Montessori pedagogy, defined by the Italian doctor and pedagogue Maria Montessori (1870–1952). These didactic materials can also be introduced into traditional classrooms of public kindergartens. The educator must first internalize the working approach according to the Montessori method, change the view of the child and reorganize the environment where education takes place, in order to create a space for implementation of the Montessori pedagogy elements in the field of language.
