Despite the striving, there is typical thinking between people, that some jobs must be done by women and others by man. One of those part is transport, where we can see 80 % of employed are man. Transport is separated by ways of transport, we have road, train, air and sea transport. For all those sectors are predicted some common and special characteristic. There is no special work obligations that would be meant except for women or except for man but despite to this, we can see, that most of the women have jobs which are connected to care for users or have general jobs. Women's work in transport sector in Slovenia doesn't coming off in compare to other countries. Women around the world are also meeting with different problems, as: overwhelming culture of stereotypes connected with man and sex, mixing professional and private life, bad health and security assurance on workplace and access to private toilets, separated from man, loss of women's equipment, inequality through work and discrimination, also violence and harassment on their workplace. There are organizations and companies that are taking care of welcoming and maintenancing women in transport. They are accepted many iniatives on different parts of determination, which are having common goals for taking off those problems, to create positive atmosphere for woman in this sector. With development of new technologies, digilization and rectification to improvment and equality, is also developing meaning of women's employing in transport and with that also bigger contribution to society.
